To Our Living Social Facial Clients:
We have set up this page to try to clearly explain your options for redeeming your Living Social Coupon. Let me start by explaining the situation. When we signed up to run the add we were told that a feature like ours normally averages about 350-400 responses. We received nearly 3000. We are a small salon with one room for facials.
Our esthetician is just building her practice and does amazing work and we wanted to help expose her talents to a broader base. While this has been a surprise to everyone involved we are now faced with how to satisfy everyone. We have already expanded our staff as much as possible and added more hours to the schedule. We have tried to come up with some other options as follows:
| 1) | Prior to March 1st, 2012 please go to our online scheduling page to see if we have any available appointment times. We realize that there are few, if any, times still remaining. This can and does change with cancellations. You are welcome to schedule a 45 minute facial if that is the only time that is open eventhough you purchased a 75 min facial and we will be happy to give you a $10 credit toward products when you come to your appointment. | |
| 2) | You can bring your voucher to the salon and redeem it for AVEDA products for the amount you spent. • 45 minute facial = $22 • 75 minute facial = $32 |

| 3) | While we have already extended the expiration date to March 3, 2012 we will be willing, after that date, to allow you to use what you have already spent towards a facial. • 45 minute facial = regular price minus $22 credit with the voucher • 75 minute facial = regular price minus $32 credit with the voucher |

| 4) | While we are doing everything we can think of to please everyone we realize that it is impossible to create an option that will work for everyone due to the large number of vouchers yet to be redeemed/scheduled and our cancellation list is getting quite long. If you feel that none of the above listed options will work for you please feel free to contact Living Social Customer Service at 877-521-4191. |
We hope that this offers you some satisfactory options to redeem your voucher. We understand that this is not what you were expecting when you purchased this voucher but please understand that we are doing the best we can to satisfy everyone involved and want to maintain our solid reputation.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy for Living Social Voucher Holders:
Due to the high volume of clients with this voucher we will require a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice. If we do not receive notice in that time frame it will render your voucher void.
